At Luxraf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@lucraft.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
